Yes! The responsibility you are given at Christie's provides you with so many skills, regularly communicating with various employees and stakeholders around the business.
I am really enjoying my apprenticeship, it has provided me with so many skills and experiences for my future career.
Very structured, I have a set apprenticeship day once a week that I can complete either at home or in the office. My standard working days involve various projects and tasks.
Christie's provides excellent support to apprentices, when you start your apprenticeship, you are allocated a mentor within the business, you are also supported by your manager and the Recruitment Team who ensure everything is running smoothly with your apprenticeship.
I have regular, monthly Teams calls with my training provider 'Skills Coach' where we discuss my learning and I can raise any concerns.
My qualification aligns with the day to day structure and activities performed in my role.
The Recruitment Team arranges quarterly 'socials' for all of the apprentices where we go to a specific event or activity outside of working hours. There are also various opportunities for professional development such as courses and qualifications.
