Assessing compliance for Locum workers, arranging interviews, corresponding with, agencies, fellow NHS staff and other professionals, registering workers on the staff database, spreadsheet management.

Yes during this apprenticeship I have gained further knowledge of my colleagues roles, I have also gained knowledge of systems

I absolutely love my apprenticeship, I enjoy gathering new knowledge and pushing myself

I know what stage I am at and what needs to be done in the future, I have regular tutor contact to go over the details and plan

My line manager is very supportive and will assist with information collation and share her own knowledge

My tutor is always an email away with any issues or struggles

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have a better overall knowledge of my team, I have put in to practice many processes I have learnt, I have also designed a new workers database, which I couldn't have done before starting this Course

We meet socially as a team regularly.
