I have learnt to use Adobe applications (Premiere Pro, Lightroom etc.), I have learnt new marketing knowledge ( the 4 P's, marketing funnels, buyer personas etc.). I have improved my knowledge around Microsoft and Canva also.
I really enjoy my Apprenticehship programme as it allows me to earn as I learn, as well as helping me to meet others in Marketing but in varying sectors of work.
My apprenticeship is very well structured. I have a set lesson once a week and allocated time to complete any tasks given.
My employer is very supportive regarding my apprenticeship, giving me feedback and help when I ask for it, as well as allowing me appropriate time to consolidate my learning.
My training provider has bene excellent at communicating and supporting me, always offering assistance and talking through any questions.
I have gained more knowledge and confidence through my training provider. It is not only the terms and methods I have learnt, but also ways to develop my speaking and presentation skills.
At my work I have been involved in the work badminton team, which was a great way to network and expand my relationships with colleagues.
Yes
ESNEFT has always supported me in both my work and apprenticeship. I feel that any concerns I have are listened to, and that me doing my best is important to the Trust.
I would advise others that ESNEFT is a great place to work.
