  • My role is currently centred around governance of spares and repairs. This includes running reports and engaging with stakeholders for updates on requisitions. I follow processes and ensure people in the business also follow them.

  • I have developed my IT skills, i feel confident in using excel, powerpoint, outlook and SAP.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • OI enjoy my programme as it offers a wide range of learning opportunities such as success factors, university stretch and placement work. I also enjoy getting to work online and use flexi time.

  • I feel that university is well organised as we get schedules early on, however progress reviews can be disorganised due to change in job roles within the early careers teams.

  • I receive enough support from my employer and know if i have any question multiple people/organisations to ask.

  • The university offers plenty of support such as resources and a forum to ask questions on assignments.

  • I feel that i have a wider range of knowledge and have a better understanding of why i do the work i do.

  • Yes

  • Paid for degree, hybrid working, competitive salary, stocks, opportunity to develop in a large company with a variety of different placements, flexi-time.

  • Look into the BAE behaviours when applying and preparing for your interviews as they will be helpful.
