On the rotational apprentice scheme, I rotate every 6 months around the business. I am currently working in the Sustainability team on the merchant side. I am focusing on the utilities and electric vehicle charging space, working on various data projects and collaboration with consulting and analytics teams.
I have learnt lots of skills surrounding project management and interpersonal skills such as active listening and emotional intelligence. I have also built upon my presentation skills in several rotations, presenting to Vice President level and to larger groups than I had before.
Yes lots of socials and networking events across the business.
Yes
I would recommend Visa due to it's culture of fostering growth and development. There are a lot of opportunities and career paths and everyone is very open to growing and moving around the business to gain greater skills.
Research prior about what Visa does - also research into the culture as this is a huge part of Visa (leadership principles etc.)
