I am a hospitality front of house worker
I have learnt to mix drinks correctly with measurements whilst following safety procedures and about what makes a successful business
Yes it's great
It's very structured as it gives me set tasks to do every month
I get a bit of support from workers as they will sit and go through things with me if 8 struggle and allow me to use the computer in the office
They are very a supportive and listen to any of my concerns
I think I will qualify early as I am on task on job hours
No
Yes
Because it is very structured and easy to follow.
If you are doing it to communicate with your employer when stuff needs to be done so they are aware and make sure to speak up if struggling
