We communicate with clients Organise and format client information and data Reconcile information across multiple data sources to ensure accuracy General admin work relating to physical client information Communicating with co-workers to rectify and progress clients financial productions
I have developed skills using Excel and company software, along with my abilities to appraise and parse information from clients and from applying formulas. Additionally, I have grown my communications skills in both digital and personal forms especially in professional conduct
I largely enjoy the program I am a part of.
I would say the program is well structed but occasionally has small hiccups that when brought up tend to be rectified in short order
I receive a large amount of support from my employers while also having the freedoms to develop and grow my skills individually but having there support be present when wanted and needed
We receive the standard support from the college but further support is available upon request should one wish for further report or require it
I feel that the qualification helps clarify the whys and how's of the work along with the reasons behind why we meet certain objective in a various array of ways utilising a wide spread of skills to effectively solve, breakdown or rectify whatever we need to meet the goals
Extra-Curricular activity's are on a occasion available at work either involving raising finances for charity and several events after work such as a Christmas party and a charity football team that competes locally.

The company is full of friendly and open individuals while also being supportive in the development of skills and abilities through both personal and led development guided by our personal mentor using achievable goals and targets to motivate and monitor the development of me and my fellow apprentices within the company.
