  • Learning how to become an electrician thru working alongside and with one. This can include being shown how to do it and doing it on my own following instructions such as cutting and bending containment and pulling in cable routes

  • Yeah a lot I’ve learnt everything I know now thru my apprenticeship and it’s lead me to be able to do areas of work with no support and bringing me closer to being a skilled tradesman

  • I enjoy a lot of the work I do at wis elec and enjoy working with all the other employees. The bosses are supportive and make the job a lot more enjoyable aswell

  • Cannot fault the company on organisation at all, everything is made clear and easy for everyone and we can get everything we need very quickly and easily

  • If and when I’ve had struggles before my employer has always been supportive and guided me on the right path. Always open to listen and will help you out wherever they can. Very accommodating

  • We receive good support from the provider

  • It shows me the theory side of working in the trade

  • Yeah there’s many opportunities outside of work to have fun and see others such as football and work do
