  • developed strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. I mastered document management, scheduling, and customer service, while learning advanced data entry, project management, and office software proficiency. My teamwork and problem-solving abilities improved, along with time management and leadership potential.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I've really enjoyed my time in the program. It's been a great opportunity to develop both my technical and interpersonal skills. I've learned a lot about office management, communication, and organization, and have enjoyed the hands-on experience. While there have been challenges, they’ve helped me grow and become more confident in my abilities. Overall, I feel this apprenticeship has been a valuable experience, and I’m excited to continue building on what I’ve learned.

  • I feel that the program is well-organized and structured, with a good balance of practical experience and learning opportunities. The tasks and responsibilities are clearly outlined, and there’s a strong support system from mentors and supervisors. I appreciate the combination of training and hands-on work, which has helped me develop a well-rounded skill set. At times, the pace can be challenging, but I believe it’s been a great way to push myself and grow

  • During my business administration apprenticeship, my employer provided strong support through mentorship, on-the-job training, and study time. Regular feedback helped me develop skills, and I had access to resources for learning. While the support was helpful, at times, I felt more structured guidance could have improved my experience further.

  • My training provider offered valuable support through regular check-ins, study materials, and online resources. Tutors were available for guidance, and feedback on assignments helped me improve. While the support was generally good, there were times when quicker responses or more tailored help would have made the learning process smoother.

  • At my workplace, there were some extra-curricular activities to get involved in, such as social events and networking opportunities. We had a Christmas party, which was a great way to connect with colleagues in a more relaxed setting. However, there weren’t many regular activities like sports teams or networking events.

  • Yes

  • I would recommend this company because it provided valuable hands-on experience, supportive mentorship, and relevant training that helped me develop key business administration skills. The work environment was positive, and there were opportunities for growth. However, adding more structured guidance and extra activities could further enhance the apprenticeship experience.

  • If you're applying to this company, be proactive and willing to learn, as it helps you stand out. Stay organized, manage your time well, and ask for support when needed. Engage in training and social events, and be open to feedback. A positive attitude and strong work ethic will benefit you.
