I working within training, developing new eLearning sessions, conducting live training, managing the administration of our LMS system and responding to queries regarding training.
I have learnt how to develop digital sessions, including how to layout and what language to use. I have learnt about the daily administration that is involved with training. How to conduct live sessions an reflect and develop.
This apprenticeship gives me the opportunity to learn roe about the training role in a supportive environment.
My manager structured my role and responsibilities to support my ongoing learning. My apprenticeship provider structured the course in a way that supports my growth within my role.
