    • I working within training, developing new eLearning sessions, conducting live training, managing the administration of our LMS system and responding to queries regarding training.

    • I have learnt how to develop digital sessions, including how to layout and what language to use. I have learnt about the daily administration that is involved with training. How to conduct live sessions an reflect and develop.

    • This apprenticeship gives me the opportunity to learn roe about the training role in a supportive environment.

    • My manager structured my role and responsibilities to support my ongoing learning. My apprenticeship provider structured the course in a way that supports my growth within my role.
