Talking with different customers in real life and over the phone and advising on different parts of their holiday planning and providing them with accurate information to help them make their decisions

I’ve learnt to confidently speak to strangers in real life and over the phone I have also learnt valuable customer service skills

I absolutely love going to work every day it’s lovely to see different people every day and the staff are so nice to

Very organised and very clear for me to see my apprentice work

I receive all support from my employer and any questions I’ve ever asked They’ve provided me with the correct answers they are all so lovely and never fail to helped me when I need help

I receive all support and she gives me very good and detailed feedback along the way so that I can improve my work

Not really we do have communal Facebook pages and we do get the opportunity to go on educationals once we turn 18

Such a lovely company with so many opportunities once you finish the apprenticeship from cabin crew all the way to staying in retail support I love my job and would recommend anyone who’s unsure what they want to do in the future
