I work within an aircraft maintenance engineering environment and my day to day usually involves performing maintenance tasks on aircraft
I have learned many new skills during my apprenticeship and have also had the opportunity to build on skills I had already practiced
I enjoyed my programme greatly and feel it was designed as such, so that this would be the case
The programme is structured well and is organised for you by raise the bar
I received frequent support from my employer whenever it was needed
I again received frequent support from my training provider to ensure that I succeeded in the course
The training has given me the skills necessary to support a team of my own in the future and collaborate effectively with colleagues throughout my career
