    • Performance leader over sees the a team of AA Patrols measuring key performance indicators across the team , deals with the day to day running of the team along with customer complaints and claims as well as he related tasks and welfare of patrols

    • Yes I have learnt about different management’s models and theories and this has allowed me to hone my own skills and self develop further

    • I’ve worked for the AA For 18 years and still enjoy it , most people stay for the rest of their working career

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The AA?

    • Make sure you do your homework find out relevant information about the AA , things like when we originally formed and learn about the history , this will help at the interview stage
