Performance leader over sees the a team of AA Patrols measuring key performance indicators across the team , deals with the day to day running of the team along with customer complaints and claims as well as he related tasks and welfare of patrols
Yes I have learnt about different management’s models and theories and this has allowed me to hone my own skills and self develop further
The course so far has been enjoyable overall

I’ve worked for the AA For 18 years and still enjoy it , most people stay for the rest of their working career
Make sure you do your homework find out relevant information about the AA , things like when we originally formed and learn about the history , this will help at the interview stage
