My Main day to day roll at bagnalls involves all of the below - - Making sure operatives understand specific tasks & Jobs. - Ensuring customers needs are met. - Ensuring health & saftey is complied with. - keeping track of finances & time on the job. - making sure operatives are wearing the correct PPE.
Yes the new skills I have learnt are as follows - - Measuring skills (to a chartered surveyors standards) - Listening skills - Development in regards to customer care. - open conversations with site team / Customers.
I enjoy the programme I'm currently doing as the support from the company is 110%. The training that gets provided is great & the thought process behind closed doors is outstanding.
My programme is monitored every 6 months which highlights strengths, weaknesses which involves branch management & management Trainee tutors.
110%, if there's any query I am not sure about, I could pick up the phone & dial anyone's number & they will assist (inclusive of the company owner & directors)

In general, Bagnalls is a great company to work for & you feel a valued member. Iv been here 16 years this year & really enjoyed it all the way from starting as an apprentice.
