Very well organised everything thoroughly planned out . At College , I was always busy Learning about different aspects of the trade I was never bored or overwhelmed by the structure. My learning was kept at a perfect balance at College and at work.

A lot of support when I started, I was given the necessary kit and PPE if there’s any problems I’m not afraid to ask my employer. When I start my apprenticeship, they used to give me lifts to the train station and paid for my My trains. always supporting and a brilliant Employer

A lot if I’m stuck on any subject, I can ask and receive the necessary Knowledge, I’ve been helped to get my entry level three maths and English and they help me a lot to get that done. They have Backed me through and help me over multiple obstacles throughout my course
