I’ll get picked up Around 6.45 in the morning and head to sight my boss usually talks to me about the plan ahead and what we need to do and then we act on that I always make sure to think ahead and prepare to do what is needed and this has been taught to me By Molton
I’ve learnt how to tile how to roll out membrane how to Use the Dry ridge system how to batten and insulate correctly how to cut tiles cut valleys and cut hips I have worked with double lap And single lap tiles I’ve learnt Communication skills Through working on site Thanks to Moulton roofing The skills they have Taught me have helped Shaped me into a better all around person
I loved every minute of it. There was always people to help me and Show me the Way very kind and considerate bosses. Very well organised everything thoroughly planned out . At College , I was always busy Learning about different aspects of the trade I was never bored or overwhelmed by the structure. My learning was kept at a perfect balance at College and at work.
A lot of support when I started, I was given the necessary kit and PPE if there’s any problems I’m not afraid to ask my employer. When I start my apprenticeship, they used to give me lifts to the train station and paid for my My trains. always supporting and a brilliant Employer
A lot if I’m stuck on any subject, I can ask and receive the necessary Knowledge, I’ve been helped to get my entry level three maths and English and they help me a lot to get that done. They have Backed me through and help me over multiple obstacles throughout my course

Because I’ve had no problems And the excellent training I have experienced from the company and at College. unlike most companies Moulton roofing care a lot about you and your apprenticeship and want you to succeed I couldn’t think of a better company to work for. since joining at age 17 I have seen myself change into a better roofer and also a better person
Just Listen to the person you’re working Four don’t give up and keep on going until you are where you want to be
