  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Loads of new skills that I never would have gained if not for starting this apprenticeship. I had an engineering mindset but not the skills or knowledge to back that up. Now I have the correct knowledge that I have only gained through working in an engineering environment, with knowledge from university to back it up

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Training provider was very hit and miss as to quality of teaching/modules. At work i have completed many placements that seem to be time fillers rather than directly engineering related. Through all years I have felt under supported from work. however, gaining degree and uni work was fun through the struggles. Have met great people along the way.
