  • Customer Experience specialist, taking phone calls from customers regarding their applications, finding solutions and making sure they are happy with outcome, also do admin work and have experienced a job role with both during my apprenticeship which was extremely helpful to benefit my knowledge and skills when then switching to be fully customer based

  • Yes everyday, was the best way to start my career after leaving school, updating my teamwork, communication, IT skills and much more.

  • I have definitely enjoyed my experience and benefitted massively from the programme.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well structured as it goes from, admin role, to admin and call work, to then fully call work to build the apprentices skills up before taking training and being the front facing specialists of the company for customers.

  • Not too much its overpowering but enough to know they are there and you can ask whenever you need anything

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes many things, team lunches, bowling, we have an allotment of which we get time to go down and work on throughout the year.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because it really helped me with many different aspects of life and gave me a great start to my career, I have developed so many skills and become so much more confident.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Motability Operations?
  • Don't be worried, it is not a typical work environment, everyone is so friendly and don't be afraid to ask for help as this role will benefit you in ways you may not even realise.
