The role at MO is never the same, as an example we work 9-5 shifts, log in at 9 and take calls, these calls can vary from application calls, queries if customers are eligible for the scheme or their next steps after they have ordered the Mo car.
My literature skills and communication skills have improved due to the high volume of calls i take daily.
I enjoyed my time as an apprentice at MO, the teams i worked in were very friendly and welcoming, the work was challenging and pushed me to dig deep and research thoroughly. I had help every step of the way
The structure was flawless, every day i knew where i was going and with my off the job working hours at college i knew who to go too if i needed support
From my employer i recieved a lot of support, anytime i needed a hand i knew my managers were there to assist me
I recieved endless support from my training provider, i always knew who to turn too if i needed anything or support
Now that i have my qualififcation i am now more confident in talking to external customers and internal customers.
Mo do have a range of activities such as an allotment team, a 5 a side football team and an arts team.
