  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Using the clients information we write down there income and expenditure on an excel spreadsheet, with this we then are able to tell if they have made a profit/loss and can see the possible tax they may be charged.

  • I am able to use excel more confidently, I can now correctly word an email in a professional manner. Feel more comfortable speaking to clients on the phone and have gained a lot more confident.

  • I really enjoy my programme and am able to complete it up to a high standard.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My Programme is well organised as the spreadsheet we use has formats already done for us. We are also provided a lot of support if we are confused and have many email templates to use if we are unsure.

  • I receive a lot of support from my employer. We are provided extra support if we are unsure or need any guidance and the staff are very well trained so can also help if you are stuck/unsure.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My Training provider offers lots of support as i am working towards my qualification by setting homework and providing extra help using worksheets. They also let me know that i can email whenever with any questions i may need support with.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I Feel as if i can relate my qualification slightly to my work, Though it is hard as its based on all accounting so doesn't just focus on the software we use at work. Though i can still relate it back to work slightly i can find it difficult.

  • Yes, there has been many work events planned such as the Christmas party and other meet ups.
