My role involves completing Tax returns which varies from them being as sole trader, limited Company and VAT registered and then you have to summarise all of there income between the periods needed and all of there expenses.
This job has helped a lot with improving my social skills as you will mix with loads of different people. Also, it has gave me more technical skills as you will use a computer on a day to day basis.
I enjoy my programme a lot as this gives you the chance to learn something while you are earning money and this is a great incentive to want to do even better.
The structure for my programme is really good as i spend 4 days at my work placement and the one day at college learning the theory element to the work. Also, every month i have a meeting with my managers to discuss how i have done over the past month amd where they believe i am.
If i ever feel like im struggling with anything i will always have people that will support me and help me to get through what i had been struggling with and teach me how to do it so i wont struggle again. Very supportive work environment :)
They always set tasks to do and if i find myself struggling they will help me
I believe it helps as it grows your understanding of what you are doing at your work so instead of just inputting numbers you actually know where those numbers are going and what they are doing.
there are football Charity matches that we do also we sometimes we do social events where we all get together.
Yes
