  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Initially we did not have a dedicated trainer, it wasn't until a month in that we were given a dedicated trainer and initially, again he was supportive but due to sickness and holiday that became less and less throughout the programme. For a few months we had no support.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Impellam group to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • The company is flexible and does their best to put not only the customers and clients at the heart of everything they do but give grace to their workers in times when it's needed. The teams are supportive and collaborative.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Impellam group?
  • My only advice would be make sure you are compensated for what you are worth. It is incredibly difficult in terms of monetary compensation once your in to be reviewed, unless it fits in with government changes. Make sure you negotiate and advocate for your self.
