I have a variety of daily tasks that mostly involve administration side of things such as handling invoices purchase orders and timesheets, alot of what I do is to support my line manager who I speak to on a daily basis
I have learnt a lot new technical skills for example how to raise an invoice or how to roll over a workbook, and I have developed some skills as well such as determination to get work done on time as well as teamwork and working with others.
I very much enjoy my programme as I feel well supported in my role and has given me a variety of new skills.
I would say it is well organised particularly the onboarding side of the job as the onboarding process was extremley efficient.
I speak to my line manager on a daily basis where we will discuss any support I need from them for any tasks I have already completed and any tasks that I may be unsure of, therefore I would say I receive a very good amount of support.
My manager gives me adequate support towards my qualification and lets me have a good amount of time for me to revise for tests and assignments.
I would say it is not tailored to my job role that much as I am on the consultancy side of the business and my university is more construction side of the business.
There is always different social activities taking place as well as professional networking events particularly amongst other apprentices and the south region as thats where im based.
Yes
A very good company that are striving to do the right thing and are also very inclusive and diverse as a company
I would advise someone applying to Mace to join resillience as thats the sector that I work in and can therefore vouch for the people that work there
