    • I have learnt a significant amount, through university and self learning

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I really enjoy the programme, I have the freedom to develop myself and still produce a business output. BAE are very supportive.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • The programme was a little shaky to start due to us being the first DTS at Brough. However we have been able to shape this ourselves and produce a learning platform along with out skills coach.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • I receive a lot of support from BAE, and I feel confident in speaking with any issues I may face.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • Cranfield, MK:U are very supportive with constant progress meeting sot ensure all targets are being met.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • It helps me perform better in my role, and even If I have not learnt a specific topic It shows me the areas I can go away and self develop.

    • Yes, there are plenty of opportunities at work, you just have to go and find them. You will get out of the apprenticeship what you put in!

    • Yes

    • BAE is a great place to work, with a supportive environment and a great way to get onto the career ladder

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?

    • You will get out, what you put in. BAE only want you to learn and develop, and whilst you have 4/5 years with no expected output, put this time to develop your skills to make you a in demand employee
