    • Delivering recruitment results for both Inside IR35 and Outside IR35 requirements, whilst supporting a team of seven recruiters with workload delegation, knowledge development, regular 1-2-1s and quarterly reviews

    • I have developed my ability to give feedback to colleagues and time management skills

    • It was hard to juggle both work and apprenticeship responsibilities when I work in a commission driven environment

    • There were a couple different portals which we needed to keep track of. I thought the wording and layout of the primary portal could have been better organised

    • Was always allowed to use time to complete my apprenticeship work

    • Dave Buck was very helpful and responded to all queries very quickly. The support during the EPA part of the apprenticeship was also very straightforward and helpful

    • The work will always help me frame feedback and stay organised
