    • I really enjoy my programme and working with the children.

    • It’s very organised and structured.

    • I get quite a bit of support, I get time out and when ever I need help she’s always there to support me

    • I get loads of support from my training provider with my qualifications , if there’s any questions I have I can rely on my team.

    • I feel like I learn lots from my training provider which helps me be better at my job and be able to help with the children’s development.

    • Work Christmas due , or occasional social events

    • Because the job is good and you learn how children develop and you get to experience the children grow and help them develop
