Working with children with needs , being able to work in a team
I really enjoy my programme and working with the children.
It’s very organised and structured.
I get quite a bit of support, I get time out and when ever I need help she’s always there to support me
I get loads of support from my training provider with my qualifications , if there’s any questions I have I can rely on my team.
I feel like I learn lots from my training provider which helps me be better at my job and be able to help with the children’s development.
Work Christmas due , or occasional social events
Yes
Because the job is good and you learn how children develop and you get to experience the children grow and help them develop
Just be your self
