I deal with many clients which involves booking jobs on the system, sending them out, dealing with any queries, speaking to subcontrcators/operatives, putting jobs to complete and updating our systems, valuations and invoicing
I have massively gained in my confidence when i first started i hated the thought of answering the phone, whereas now i never stop ringing people,
I really enjoy the programme it has been so smooth sailing so far and enjoy my work, the work/college split is perfect and allows you time to get all tasks done
I would say it is very well organised, every month i get set tasks and assignments then i meet with my college tutor to review them - this has worked so well that i have been able to do all my college work before the length of my apprenticeship so that i can finish it early which is great
I receive so much support everyone helps where they can and helps me progress
I get more than enough support from the college they are always there if i have any questions and have workshops that you can attend to to help with your assignments
It helps me alot in achieving where i want to be and helping me progress within my role and i get the qualification at the end of it
No we only really have things like the christmas do and the halloween events , however between the staff we arrange to go for meals and outings
Yes
They have helped me with progressing in my career and know that everyone will help me if I ever need anything
Be honest in your CV as they will find out if you have lied, the dress code is very important so be aware, make sure you are punctual, well mannered and have good customer service skills.
