I prepare accounts, VAT returns & Tax returns for clients (Sole traders, partnerships and companies). I communicate internally with my colleagues and seek feedback from my manager. I interact with clients, mainly to chase information required to complete the job.
I have learnt how to prepare accounts for companies, sole trades and partnerships, and what information is required for each different entity. I have learnt how to complete tax returns and VAT returns.
I enjoy the programme a lot, I have developed a lot of skills and expanded my knowledge since I started.
The programme is well organised, I communicate well with my managers if I require assistance, and they respond well to give me the feedback i need to complete a task.
I receive a good amount of support from my employer, they give me feedback on what i am doing well and what I need to improve.
The training provider provides a good amount of support, the teacher makes sure that I am ready for upcoming exams and assists with any questions I am unsure about.
I think my qualification helps improve my knowledge of what I am doing at work.
There are some social activities throughout the year such as a Christmas party, and occasionally going out for lunch.
