Yes, I have learned how to integrate into a professional working environment, developing communication skills and increasing my confidence.
Very well organised and structured. Everything is clearly set out and there are people available to help if you get confused. There is also flexibility to tailor it to your needs.
As much support as you need.
Training provider gives good support. They allow you to email the lecturers when you have questions and you will get a response. They also tailor the lessons towards the needs of the class to give the most benefit to everyone, offering catch up sessions where necessary.
Teaches you the techniques needed to do your job.
There are organised social events to attend.
