    • Communication skills with others have increased alot since working in a office environment.

    • Programme is good for those not looking to go through the basic Uni route.

    • Organised well with line managers/ Development Sessions/ Check ups to ensure everything is going smoothly and there is always help available if needed.

    • A lot of support is always available for me if needed and that is up to me whether i choose to use it or try to learn independently

    • Not too sure as i dont ask for support from my training provider

    • Doesnt correlate to my role directly however you do learn a thing or two about other roles in ur team.

    • Football with the team and occasional social events.

    • Good to be different and not follow the university route that is glamorised by Schools

    • Just have a open mind and be ready to learn.
