Involves daily checks on the programme, Collating information on the meetings and portraying it in the programme.
Communication skills with others have increased alot since working in a office environment.
Programme is good for those not looking to go through the basic Uni route.
Organised well with line managers/ Development Sessions/ Check ups to ensure everything is going smoothly and there is always help available if needed.
A lot of support is always available for me if needed and that is up to me whether i choose to use it or try to learn independently
Not too sure as i dont ask for support from my training provider
Doesnt correlate to my role directly however you do learn a thing or two about other roles in ur team.
Football with the team and occasional social events.
