As a business administrator for a sales team, i work on the behind the scenes operations for the team. I manage an inbox that allows me to add leads for our sales team to call. I also manage a live chat where i can answer any queries from our customers.
Yes I have learnt new skills. I have never worked in an office before so everything was very new. Since starting my role I have gained knowledge on how a business works and how multiples teams in a business all integrate together to create a healthy work environment. Also through my apprenticeship I have learnt a lot of skills especially in terms of making sure work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
I enjoy my programme as it has allowed me to grow not inly in my role itself but also the apprenticeship work. I have also feel that i have been very supported with any questions about the programme.
My programme is very organised. All of my meetings with my apprenticeship tutor were planned months ahead and our meetings are very well organised.
I recieve support from my employer in terms of my apprenticeship. If i ever have any queries i am not afraid to ask and i know i will receive help.
My training provider helps me a lot when working towards my qualifications. If i have need any help then i know that i can reach out and she will be able to help. Every meeting that we have, she also lets me know far i am in terms of my apprenticeship and if i am on track or not.
I feel that my qualification does make me perform better as it drives me to deliver a high quality standard of work that i am proud of.
There are multiple extra-curricular activities that i can get involved in at work. There is a yearly Christmas party where the entire company comes together and has fun. As well as teams plan their own nights out together.
Yes
I would recommend Parasol to a friend as the company is not only successful but the people who work there are nice and accepting to everyone.
Just to be themselves as that is exactly what Parasol want.
