Client Services Team Leader – Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a client floor, which includes 44 meeting rooms and 3 event spaces. Manage and lead a team comprising 7 receptionists, 2 facilities assistants, and 2 event administrators. Key responsibilities include staff scheduling, handling client inquiries and complaints, conducting interviews, managing room bookings, overseeing administrative tasks, and leading various projects to enhance service efficiency and client experience.
I am two modules in and have already learned and applied several key skills, including time management, delegation, self-awareness, and leading change.
I am comminted to my learning and I choose to study outside the protected study time, take notes and discuss with manager and colleagues my learnings.
Very organised modules with pre-work , main learning which is more in depth, activities which are discussed during each Module workshop and monthly meetings with a coach.
My manager is highly supportive, encouraging me to take my protected study time and reassuring me when I feel guilty about not working and assisting my team.
My coach is very supportive, answering my questions in a timely manner, offering meeting before and after our official meetings to clarify anything.
