  • - Pulling Reports - Monthly News letter - Training i.e. Professionalism, Customer Service etc - Off the job hours - Workshop Tasks

  • - more professional, the way i conduct myself, speak to others, quality of work submitted - more confidence, speaking to new people, leading training, asking questions - improved iniative and being able to be more independent when necessary

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • - the balance between apprenticeship work and work is achievable to complete both - workshops are very interesting and learn new skills and knowledge constantly - both my colleagues and Apprentice mentors are inspiring and never hesitate to help me

  • - the programme is well structured as i am always instructed and told weeks in advance on what is coming up. - already being advised and helped to learn and prep for my professional discussion final exam.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • - my employers are amazing with checking up on my Apprentice tasks and support me through them when I find them challenging. - my line manager and team give me great advise on what to focus on and keep up to date with as they have completed level 3 themselves.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • - my training providers are also excellent if i have any quires' or questions about the work at hand they respond instantly and either offer to call face to face or contact via email immediately

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • - the qualification I'm gaining through this apprenticeship is so important to my development in my role as I've had feedback from managers pointing out my significant improvement over the last 6 months.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • - at work we have a social event for everybody in the business around every 2-3 months but no sporting teams or events. However the social events are of really high quality and fun.

  • - the company offers so many different apprenticeships and levels of qualifications with amazing colleagues everyone so helpful and friendly. - for someone who this is there first job like me i would recommend whole heartedly.

  • - Be confident and apply because the company is worth working and couldn't recommend more as an employer.
