Assisting in creating marketing material and sales support material (e.g. presentations) for BlackRock's private markets products. Communicating with investment teams to ensure we're aligned on marketing messaging and material. Communicating with compliance to make sure materials are legal and compliance approved.
. Developed my understanding of private markets such as private equity and private credit . Gained technical skills such as the use of different software's we use internally such as Jira and RedOak . Developed my skill of putting together presentations and Microsoft office . Communication skills with internal staff
I enjoy working with my colleagues, and feel that I'm supported by my team, however would like to derive more fulfilment from my role if possible.
I feel that it's well structured - however some more guidance and transparency about the ending of the program, and what the "next steps" are would be good.
A good level of support - the firms culture feels very supportive.

To an extent - the qualification definitely helps with my overall understanding, and context in general, however isn't massively relevant to my role, as I'm in a marketing department, not an investment team, which is what the qualification is really made for.
