  • In my job role i have learnt multiple new skills which guide me through calls however in my apprenticeship I have not learnt much

  • I enjoy the work life balance that i have and enjoy the freedom of online learning however this can be challenging at times when trying to contact our trainer

  • I would say it has a strong structure i.e when work is due but the work we are given to do is not very structed and is just question after question

  • Endless

  • Not much sometimes we request further help on a study day but don't get a response until the following day

  • If I'm completely honest i wouldn't say i have learnt anything on the course which i have taken in to my job role.

  • Yes there any many different events on in the office on office days
