Taking calls on a day to day basis handling customers issues cases by case
In my job role i have learnt multiple new skills which guide me through calls however in my apprenticeship I have not learnt much
I enjoy the work life balance that i have and enjoy the freedom of online learning however this can be challenging at times when trying to contact our trainer
I would say it has a strong structure i.e when work is due but the work we are given to do is not very structed and is just question after question
Endless
Not much sometimes we request further help on a study day but don't get a response until the following day
If I'm completely honest i wouldn't say i have learnt anything on the course which i have taken in to my job role.
