so we take calls inbound from customers resolving there query's and making sure we follow all correct journeys for the customers
yes i have been able to use a laptop to a very high demand now and the Systems too i have a lot of new skills in my role modle point of veiw to my nephews and nieces
i really do like it and would recommend the programme to everyone
it is very well organized down to the schedule and this is what u follow and is very simple to as well there is lots of breaks and even an allowance on personal brakes.
we receive lots of support and there is lots off background help with the private help with add on with your enrolment
we receive lots just send them a message and reply is mostly given with in half an hour
it gives us that understanding to know we can do it and produce this in day to day roles
not really we have team days a summer barbeque
