  • so we take calls inbound from customers resolving there query's and making sure we follow all correct journeys for the customers

  • yes i have been able to use a laptop to a very high demand now and the Systems too i have a lot of new skills in my role modle point of veiw to my nephews and nieces

  • i really do like it and would recommend the programme to everyone

  • it is very well organized down to the schedule and this is what u follow and is very simple to as well there is lots of breaks and even an allowance on personal brakes.

  • we receive lots of support and there is lots off background help with the private help with add on with your enrolment

  • we receive lots just send them a message and reply is mostly given with in half an hour

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • it gives us that understanding to know we can do it and produce this in day to day roles

  • not really we have team days a summer barbeque
