    • I restock the shelves, assist customers at self checkout and main checkouts and keep the store presentable

    • I have learnt plenty of customer service and communication skills as well as understanding of skills required for various different sections of the store

    • Thoroughly enjoying my course. I am always excited to see what is next

    • Quite well. There are areas for improvement in structure of my learning time and how that time is used

    • Not as much as i thought i would but when i do recieve support it is of the best quality

    • Yes, but i have not taken part in any yet

    • Best pay in the market at this time. The people are amazing and you are well supported

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aldi?

    • Dont stress about your stock working times, that will come with time. Learn how to execute the task right, before you speed through it
