In my role as Shift Manager, I take lead of crew members and can efficiently organise and delegate tasks to them. I am experienced in problem-solving, staying calm under pressure as well as being fully trained in food and hygiene safety. Recently I have taken on a new role within my restaurant heading our SPA group which takes care of maintaining all aspects of Service, Production and Assembly within the restaurant.

Information and tasks are easy to locate and complete, the mentorship is there to support and guide me.
