  • Assisting the team and collecting any data they may need. Updating spreadsheets and completing set tasks that will broaden my knowledge.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I started with absolutely no background in property and since starting my apprenticeship I have learnt about leases, landlords, tenants, laws and general business practice as well as getting to grips with how the NHS works and the different shifts within the NHS.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy my programme, its all new learning for me which I like. I know that I will enjoy it more so when I get a solid foundation of knowledge and practice and start putting it into action by making my own decisions and handing my own work load.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is some what structured well, I feel that I could be more involved and shadow the team to learn the processes within the organisation rather than spreadsheets and admin like tasks.

  • I receive a lot of support, I am confident to ask any questions and I know that they will always help where they can.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Support is always available, they make this known however I have never used it so I wouldn't know what the support is like or what they can offer you.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I am only at the beginning of my qualification so I struggle to link my education to my job role as of yet however looking at my up coming modules I can see that I will be learning about practices that will help me in work.

  • None.

  • 9a. Would you recommend NHS Property Services to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I feel like they are a really good, reputable company to work for and you do get alot of support and flexibility. Everyone is really friendly and the atmosphere is a really positive to work in.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NHS Property Services?
  • Make sure that yourself and your colleagues push you to your limit and expand your knowledge and comfort zone to seek the most benefit of working for the company.
