  • I serve customers and assist them in bring their holiday ideas to life. I also advise customers on places to go and the areas they should see whilst away, this includes selling trips and experiences that'll be remembered for a lifetime.

  • I have learnt customer service skills, this is because we have to work in an environment where we cannot predict the issues which we may encounter and the tough scenarios we may be placed into

  • I do enjoy the programme. The way of completing my work is simple and easy as well as the ability to log off the job learning.

  • Well structured as i have an apprenticeship coach who is there to assist me if needed and assign me new tasks with expectations

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a fair amount of support from my apprenticeship coach, we have had some issues in my store in regards to management over the past few months which has degraded my support in store.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Lots of support, my coach assists me and will give me advice in regards to completing my assignments, The assignments are very relevant for the course which means i will be able to succeed in my end exams

  • It will give me great geographical knowledge as well as product knowledge

  • They are a good employer with fair rules and good staff perks, the apprenticeship programme is a great way for young people to get their foot in the door in the travel industry
