Day to day I am in my nursery setting where I help the staff throughout the day doing things such as setting up to the room for the children, supporting lunch and sleep time and also doing observations and nappies.
I have learnt a lot during my enrichment sessions and also first hand in my nursery with support from my colleagues
I enjoy this programme very much
My programme is very well structured and organised,
We receive a lot of support from our employer and if we have any problems or issues they are always there to help out
We receive a lot of support from our training provider and she is always there to help and support us
I think that our training provider helps us to perform much better in our roles as we are provided with in depth sessions to explain everything about our practice
There are sometimes networking events provided by the LEYF team
Yes
They are a very supportive team that provide in depth enrichment session that help with our practice and are always willing to help with questions about our nurseries or personal questions
Keep applying it’s a great provider that are very supportive
