Through out the week from Monday to Wednesday morning we are in the workshop learning the skill required to become a steelworker and advancing the skills. Then Wednesday afternoon we attended a BAE behaviours lesson where we learn about the 8 key behaviours that are important to BAE. Thursday and Friday are class room based where we learn about the theory behind the job
Yes I have been shown and developed the key skills required for the job as well as being able to develop myself as a person when using the 8 bae behaviours
The programme I am in is amazing as you get tutors that are friendly and knowledgeable
The programme is well structured and organised as it is very easy to learn
Have recived plenty of support when required

As it is a friendly workplace as well as a good step up into the big world
