  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Through out the week from Monday to Wednesday morning we are in the workshop learning the skill required to become a steelworker and advancing the skills. Then Wednesday afternoon we attended a BAE behaviours lesson where we learn about the 8 key behaviours that are important to BAE. Thursday and Friday are class room based where we learn about the theory behind the job

  • Yes I have been shown and developed the key skills required for the job as well as being able to develop myself as a person when using the 8 bae behaviours

  • The programme I am in is amazing as you get tutors that are friendly and knowledgeable

  • The programme is well structured and organised as it is very easy to learn
