I work in Resolutions as a client facing role, and our job role includes handling client's concerns and investigating complaints.

I have gained communication skills and organisation skills by speaking with client and managing case workloads

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it very much as it has helped a lot in gaining real life experiences, and everyone in Fidelity is really nice which helped my personal development.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

We have our study day every Wednesday, which helps me plan my study time alongside working hours really well.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

We have our process trainer always available for support, and our managers as well to keep us on track with our progress

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We have regular meetings with our skill coach, however we rely mostly on our process trainer in Fidelity and the website for us to revise ourselves.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helped me in understanding Investment operation including the investment products that we provide, and the financial world in a wider perspective.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have social drink within our department, and christmas party for us to network with people within the department
