My day to day experience varies. I will deal with users who walk up to me in the TechUb with any queries or problems they may have with technology. I will also monitor the ticket que to see any tickets that have arrived in the London que and solve these. These problems can vary from Hardware issues with their laptops, desk side issues with the peripherals on their desks or software glitches with applications. With not one day being the same as the other.
Yes I have developed my IT skills since starting. By both shadowing experienced staff or training courses provided by Firebrand.
I enjoy the day to day role. As well as the people I work with.
The program is well structured.
I receive a lot of support from Fidelity. I have a designated apprenticeship day which I use to complete any apprenticeship work that has been assigned to me. I also have weekly 1 -1 meetings where I can catch up with my manger regarding what I have been doing with my apprenticeship work.
I receive feedback and support from the training provider when I ask for it. I also have meetings scheduled with my mentor regrading my progress.
The material that they have provided has been useful in completing the certificates that I can complete through the training provider.
We have investment 20/20 event which we can go to.
Yes
