Performance management of major infrastructure project
Time management, prioritisation of activities, greater belief in my personal values
Life is about suffering through the hurdles to get to the other side. Enjoyment will be found when I receive my certificate.
Some elements feel very disorganised that you need to proceed to the next section before closing out the first. There is some duplication and it has not been easy to understand timelines against the programme.
Line Manager has been extremely helpful and supportive, allowing me additional time against my training - anticipation was 2-3 hours per week but it has taken longer.
Outside of the general tasks and workshops, I have not reached out for additional support.
The application of theories into practice has noticeably improved my performance. The line management modules have been particularly helpful and showcased where I have engaged regarding conflict management
There are a selection of extra-curricular activities however none are closely located to my home.
