Overall role is to learn to be an electrician and improve on my work and skills, learn techniques and to provide help and work to benefit my self and the company. Day to day basis is turning up and to be ready to learn and have a good attitude we could be that includes first fixing, second fixing unloading delivery’s, housekeeping.
I have learnt all my skills to my knowledge I know now, such as how the trade works in and out and what team it takes to finish a job and that you can’t do everything on your own. I use my knowledge everyday for what I’ve learnt.
I enjoy having something I can be proud of achieving that took time and effort, I enjoy working everyday and being provided the opportunity to have that chance to learn something.
It’s well organised there’s always work to do and always treated well and working with others is great way to learn and always learning something everyday
If there’s anything I need to talk about or I need time off my employer can arrange them quickly and efficiently. I have more than enough support.
My training provider has always helped and if there’s anything work related I need to ask questions or I’m falling back on anything there always happy to make changes and help me to get to where I need to be
I will be able to make bigger steps and provide a more of an opportunity to the company and take on more responsibilities for my self to ensure I provide the best I can and to teach someone like Ive been and I will be able to show that I can step up and bring to opportunity’s to myself
Not that I know of but I’m sure there would be

To have a chance to join a company that operates weekly and have work always. You could learn most trades and be surrounded by more to choose what is best for you. You start as soon and they can get you working and as quickly into college to learn as fast as you can.
To always have a good attitude and be ready to take a step to learn as it will teach you many more things than just an apprenticeship.
