  • My role consists of leading programme execution and delivery across numerous future talent programmes at SAP. This includes all stages of the programme cycle including Attraction & Recruitment, Onboarding and Learning & Development.

  • Since starting my degree, I am not only developing and improving my current skill set but I am also able to take my learnings and apply the new skills to my role, which in turn has improved by overall productivity and quality of work.

  • So far, I am really enjoying my programme and like the way to enables me to think outside of the box.

  • Very well structured learning and delivery

  • Great support from my manager and the wider apprenticeship team whenever required.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • We receive monthly 1:1 sessions with a personal tutor, 3x interactive workshops per module and ad hoc drop in sessions when required

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification so far has enabled me to be more self aware with how I work so I am able to adapt my working style depending on what I am working on or who I am working with.

  • There are a variety of social clubs and networking groups to get involved in at SAP. Some social clubs include: Paddle, Golf, Football, Running & Book Club
