  • I have learnt many different frameworks, and have developed leadership and communication skills that I use effectively amongst colleagues

  • I thoroughly enjoy my programme, as it has gained me valuable experience that I would be able to get from traditional university

  • My programme is well organised into different placements, allowing for me to get a good idea of how many different areas of the business operate

  • I receive a lot of support from both my line managers as well as my coaches, who ensure that I am happy with my placements

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The support from the training provider could be improved. I feel that some communication could be improved as it is sometimes late

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that there are some areas that help me in my role, such as documentation writing that is practiced in assignments. Furthermore, I feel that doing group assignments has helped my confidence, leadership skills and communication

  • I feel it is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience at the hand of an industry leader, and gives people a great opportunity to obtain valuable insight into how the business operates.

  • Try your hardest to show that you are capable of doing the role that you applied for, such as working on personal projects that reflect the role that you are applying for
