On a day-to-day basis, my role is to work on an application within my team

I have learnt many different frameworks, and have developed leadership and communication skills that I use effectively amongst colleagues

I thoroughly enjoy my programme, as it has gained me valuable experience that I would be able to get from traditional university

My programme is well organised into different placements, allowing for me to get a good idea of how many different areas of the business operate

I receive a lot of support from both my line managers as well as my coaches, who ensure that I am happy with my placements

The support from the training provider could be improved. I feel that some communication could be improved as it is sometimes late

I feel that there are some areas that help me in my role, such as documentation writing that is practiced in assignments. Furthermore, I feel that doing group assignments has helped my confidence, leadership skills and communication
