Yes i have learnt new skills/ developed on new things
I enjoy my apprenticeship more than i thought i would, as it wouldn't have been something i thought i would. I enjoy it as i have learnt new skills and it is different things everyday and not boring.
Yeah i think my programme is pretty well organised
Yes the support is okay, i think more support wouldn't go a miss but overall its ok.
As i am on days it is very hit and miss as i work with both shifts but overall support is pretty good.
Training from my provider such as; burning, grinding, marking out, the training has been good as shown many different ways to do things and manages you to find a way that works best for you.
Yes, there is opportunities to be able to go around schools and be able to speak to the children about your role
Yes
I think BAE is a good company to work for; lots of different jobs/trades.
