reading and understanding drawings, to be able to mark out, and learn hand on skills with all tools and grinders
since i have been in the SASK, barrows training school i have learnt more and sharpened existing skills
i do and i dont as i feel we do way to much grinding during our time in the sask as i have been told by skills coaches or people on the shop floor
this year our intake in sask has struggled massively with the temporary extraction leading to a lot of downtime
enough
enough
helps me learn my trade and become a better tradesman, while understanding the ins and outs
soap box event
Yes
while shift is up in the air as to whether its staying i would say that is a massive bonus combining with the extra 20% pay you receive, and the fact you have a job for life with the deals bae systems keep getting
think about what youre applying for
