On a day to day basis we are put in to a bay and grind non stop for 12 hours a day it is very repetitive and is not a proper representation on what we actually do out in the business
Yes I learned new skills with the tools that we are given and are continuing to develop them as we go
I enjoy the program with the people that i am with and we have a good laugh with the tutors too in sask, but in the college I don't enjoy it because its 2 years when it should have been one
Not well organised at all the workshop that is provided for us was not even up and running and when it did come up it went down just as fast due to being bad extraction.
I receive enough support in the workshop all the way up to your Phase test then you are on your won with no help and that's fine but in college you get no support at all they don't do much with the tutors we have only 2 are good the others are not good at all
College have not supported us at all they are clueless with what they are doing and it is frustrating due to the fact that even when i have everything complete and is at a pass grade or above one of the tutors tries to keep adding things to keep us working but he makes things more confusing whilst doing so.
The college does no help towards my role at all we are doing things that are not even for our trade
We have open days for when people come round we can show them round and talk about our trade we also have high profile visits that we can talk to about the trade too
Yes
The money that is the only reason people work here
Just be yourself and pray you are in a squad with good people makes the days better with good people
